All sanitation related products are non-returnable. This includes all items in our COVID-19 Response Items collection.
All goods/product provided in sales to our accounts are warranted to be of high quality, free of defect, and packaged according to quotation.
Any defective or damaged goods/product will be replaced free of charge by Northern Specialty Supplies (NSS) at our cost, in a timely manner. All associated freight/courier charges to return this product to NSS warehouse will be the responsibility of NSS.
Goods/product returned because of NSS error will be accepted for return for full credit or exchange. All associated freight/courier charges to return this product to NSS warehouse will be the responsibility of NSS.
Goods/product returned for any other reason will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge, subtracted from the credit issued. All associated freight/courier charges to return this product to NSS warehouse will be the responsibility of the Customer.
In all cases of return or exchange, the goods/product returned must be packaged in original cartons, in full-carton quantities and protected on return shipment to ensure their re-saleable condition.
Northern Specialty Supplies is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes a need for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you agree to provide us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
All returns must be approved for return by NSS within 30 days from invoice date.
